1. SERVICE DELIVERY
Description : This project provides the platform for management to provide various type of applications in a single web portal for all countries in Europe.

2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT ONLINE (PMO)
Description : This project gives the web team a control on web projects life cycle including the version and change control.

3. TRAINING NEED ANALYSIS (TNA)
Description : This project provides the application for site manager to forecast the training course trough out the year via web services.

1. INTERNET BANKING, PLAIN & SIMPLE MALAYSIA
Description : A new Internet Banking for OCBC customer to replace the old system, named eCafe

2. INTRANET PORTAL, OCBC MALAYSIA
Description : Revamping and migration for the Intranet Portal from Malaysia to Singapore.

Work Description
Part of the Development team involved in developing Mobile services (SMS, MMS, and Downloads) applications, platforms and infrastructure.

Accomplishment
Completed several projects which assist in stabilizing the infrastructure platform within scheduled timeframe.

Projects Completed
1. INFRA REVAMP
Description : This project involved revamping the connectivity platform with more stabilized and extra features to help improving the platform performance.

2. CMP SMS
Description : This project involved setting up a new SMS platform with a Telco using the HTTP protocol. To improve the performance of engines, threading mechanism is used.

3. CMP WAP
Description : This project involved setting up a new WAP charge platform with a Telco using the HTTP protocol. To able to send service message, PPG protocol is needed to be understood and to implement the PPG in CMP WAP.

4. WAP CHARGE API
Description : This project involved revamping the company WAP charging API which handles all Telco WAP charging mechanisms. I am in charged in developing one of the API interface components and a DLL component Query Cipher for VB.Net and VB6.

5. SMS API
Description : This project involved setting a new SMS platform for the entire service layer to filter and process each message before sending out to all Telcos. To improve performance of database, stored procedure features in MySQL 5 is used as well.

6. WAP PUSH API
Description : This project involved setting a new Service Message platform for the entire service layer to filter and process each service message before sending out to all Telcos. To enable cross platform, web service is involved to provide WSDL to service layer.

7. MySQL 5 Replication and Clustering
Description : This project involved setting up a database replication and clustering to make the production database with less processing burden.

Work Description
Hands on ASP.Net and ADO.Net with platform Windows 2000. Involved in two main projects. First project was web reporting project using some JavaScript, Fireworks and VB.Net IDE to accomplish the job. The second project was scorecard performance web application using the ASP.Net, ADO.Net, XML and MSSQL to build it.
